We are deeply grateful for your support and patience throughout this journey! We know you’ve been eagerly awaiting your rewards, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of recent updates. The good news is that our team is hard at work, pushing full steam ahead to finish the production of your toys.
However, we want to be completely transparent with you—being a young company, we encountered some unforeseen challenges along the way. With a shortage of helping hands, we’ve been doing everything ourselves, and on top of that, a recent move to a new workspace caused some delays. We now realize we underestimated certain risks in this project, but acknowledging our mistakes is the first step to correcting them.
Rest assured, we are learning from this experience, and we are committed to improving in future projects. We’ll be sure to share our solutions and insights on our next project’s page, as we continue to grow and refine our process. Our company is only 8 months old, and though we’re still learning, we’re tackling one challenge at a time and gaining valuable experience. Your understanding and support mean the world to us, and it’s what keeps us moving forward.

Updating our Kickstarter project

Hello dear friends,
We hope this message finds you in good health. We want to provide you with important information about the production of your awards.
We are currently fully immersed in the production process, working hard to bring your rewards to life. However, we regret to inform you that we are slightly behind schedule and will not be able to deliver by the date originally published on our project page. Therefore, we ask for your understanding and permission to extend the period for another month. We are doing our best to catch up and may even be able to complete deliveries earlier than requested in this message.
As we previously reported, our production is located in Ukraine, which helps us reduce costs. We want to be transparent about the challenges we are facing, including recent power supply issues. To overcome this problem, we purchased a generator which allowed us to get back on schedule with production.
For your peace of mind, we have attached a photo report below showing our current progress. This is our second project and our company is still growing and learning from our experiences. We are committed to improving and ensuring that such delays do not occur in the future. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are making every effort to expedite the process as quickly as possible.

We’re excited to let you know that we’ve sent out surveys where you can confirm your pledge level and provide your delivery address. In addition, please remember to complete the payment for delivery. You have a window of 10 days to fill out this survey.
Rest assured, even if you miss this deadline, our production will proceed as scheduled, and you will still receive your reward. We understand that life can get busy, so don’t worry – your reward will be on its way to you regardless of when you complete the survey.
