Our team is small. In fact, it’s just the two of us — Vadym and Oleksandr — and Oleksandr’s wife, Liubov. Recently, something magical happened in our little team: Oleksandr and Liubov became parents to a beautiful baby girl named Maria! 👶✨
This life-changing event brought us immense joy, but also temporarily slowed us down. Since we’ve been doing everything on our own — from development to logistics — we needed a moment to adjust to this new chapter. We hope you understand and agree it was a truly meaningful reason for the silence. 💛
But now we’re back! Full of energy (and just a little sleep-deprived 😄), we’re getting back on track and are committed to delivering everything on time as promised.

Replacement Puzzles Are Ready, but We Need Your Support!

Dear Backers,
We want to give you an important update regarding the replacement puzzles for those who received damaged units. Over the past few weeks, we have been working tirelessly, and we’re happy to report that we have already cut and nearly assembled the replacement puzzles. However, due to unforeseen financial difficulties, we are currently unable to ship them until the launch of our third project.
Why We Need to Move Forward with the Third Project
We understand that some of you are hesitant to support the next project until you receive your replacement. However, delaying the launch any further puts our entire business at serious risk. If we do not proceed with Treasure Planet, we might not be able to continue at all. This would not only jeopardize future projects but also hinder our ability to fulfill outstanding commitments.

We truly appreciate your patience and support through these challenges. As a token of our gratitude, in addition to your replacement puzzle, we will include a personalized puzzle with your name engraved—a small but heartfelt way to thank you for standing with us.
Good News About Shipping!
Although we faced unexpected costs when Ukrposhta mistakenly processed our shipment incorrectly, leading us to pay $3,000 in VAT that wasn’t in our budget, we have worked out a resolution. Ukrposhta is compensating us with promo codes covering the cost of upcoming shipments, meaning that replacement puzzles will be shipped before the third campaign concludes.
We hope this update provides clarity and reassures you that we are fully committed to making things right. We are doing everything possible to navigate these challenges, and your continued support means the world to us.
